Amchoor, or Mango Powder, is made from dried unripe Mangos and is often used in Indian cooking as a souring ingredient; much in the same way as we might use lemon juice in Western cooking.
Similarly, Sumac is also used as a souring agent and is often used as a garnish or condiment in Middle-Eastern Cuisine, giving a pleasant, lemony taste.
