Poudre de Colombo, also known as 'Colombo powder', 'Caribbean curry powder' or 'French West Indies curry powder' is a wonderful blend of Cumin, Fenugreek, Turmeric, Pepper and cloves.

Thought to originate from Sri Lankan workers who were trying to reproduce the flavours of their homeland using local spices, Poudre de Colombo is used to flavour all manner of fish, meat and rice dishes.
